Weight loss:- Very low weight (over 18 years: BMI<13; under 18 years: %median BMI <70%)- Recent loss of >1kg per week for 2 consecutive weeks Behaviour/psychological- Acute food or fluid refusal <400 kcal/day- Suicidal thoughts or behaviour Cardiovascular- Pulse rate <40 bpm (waking)- Low BP (20 mm Hg, postural dizziness- Core temperature <35.5 degrees C- Abnormal ECG Bloods- Na <130 mmol/L- K <3 mmol/L- Raised transaminase levels- Glucose <3 mmol/L- Raised urea or creatinine Any other significant medical or psychiatric problem Consider referral to outpatient careIs the patient consenting to treatment?
